Principle We honour applicable EU and Finnish consumer rights. Where several rules apply, the rule most favourable to you as a consumer applies when the law requires.

Include your order number, the email used at checkout, and a short description of the issue. For damaged parcels, attach photos of the outer box and affected items if helpful. We aim to acknowledge messages within five business days.

2. Right of withdrawal for EU consumers

If you are a consumer in the European Union and the contract is a distance contract, you generally have fourteen days from the day you acquire physical possession of the goods to withdraw from the contract without giving any reason.

The withdrawal period expires fourteen days after you acquire physical possession of the last good in a single order of multiple parcels. To meet the deadline, send your communication before that period expires.

To exercise the right of withdrawal, you may use a clear statement (for example email or our contact form). We will confirm receipt without undue delay.

3. Sealed food supplements

Under the Consumer Rights Directive as implemented in Finland, the right of withdrawal may not apply to sealed goods which are not suitable for return due to health protection or hygiene reasons if unsealed after delivery. If you break the seal on a food supplement intended to remain sealed until use, withdrawal may be excluded to the extent permitted by law.

4. Defective or non-conforming goods

Separate from the withdrawal right, Finnish consumer sales law gives you remedies if goods are defective or do not conform to the contract. Depending on the situation, you may be entitled to repair, replacement, price reduction, or termination of the contract.

Notify us of any lack of conformity within a reasonable time after you discover it. For goods that were defective when risk passed to you, longer periods may apply under national law.

5. Return shipment and condition

When a return is accepted, we provide instructions, including the return address. Unless we offer a prepaid label for the specific case, you bear the direct cost of returning goods unless we agree otherwise or the law requires us to pay.

You are liable for any diminished value of the goods if handling went beyond what is necessary to establish nature, characteristics, and functioning.

Pack items securely to avoid damage in transit. We recommend tracked shipping when you arrange the return yourself.

6. Refunds and timing

If you validly withdraw, we reimburse all payments received, including the cheapest standard delivery cost if you chose a more expensive option only the supplement applies. Refunds are made using the same payment method unless you agree otherwise.

We issue refunds without undue delay and within fourteen days from the day we receive the goods back or from the day you supply evidence of having sent them, whichever is earlier, where applicable.

We may withhold reimbursement until we receive the goods or proof of return, as permitted by law.

7. Items that may not be refundable

Digital content supplied with consent and performance may not be refundable once delivery has begun, where allowed. Personalised or custom-made items may be excluded from withdrawal where production has started with your approval.

Gift cards or promotional credits may be governed by separate rules published at purchase.

8. Dispute resolution

We prefer to resolve disputes amicably. EU consumers may use the European Commission’s online dispute resolution platform. We are not obliged to use alternative dispute resolution but will consider good-faith participation.
